This application was developed with NH Caribbean (International) to automate the processing of Bills of Quantity Documents to discover the costs of projects.

Debt Recovery technology and tools used:

October 2002 to January 2003 Nutshell IT developed the Nimrod Debt Recovery Management database application for Debt Recovery and Administrative Services Ltd. This company handles debt recovery anagement for TSTT and CCTT as well as many credit unions throughout Trinidad and Tobago. Every aspect from the electronic loading of delinquent records to the eventual invoicing of clients is handled by the application. This application is now the heart of their operation. Its implementation has meant that the turnaround time between the beginning and the end of the debt ecovery process is greatly reduced and customer accounts are handled much more efficiently.

Counter Point Extension technology and tools used:

Counter Point Extension is a reporting engine built on top of the inventory management system, Counter Point. Counter Point Extension enables Michael Diefenthaller of PVF Ltd to efficiently manage the re-ordering and other processes concerning his inventory. He is also able to use the database on his laptop while abroad and to synchronize with the working database back at the office whenever he returns.

Chrysanth Inventory Management System technology and tools used:

July to August 2003 Nutshell IT implemented the Chrysanth Inventory Management System at the now defunct Carlisle Tire and Rubber Company. The project also involved extensive stock-taking and data-entry to initialize the inventory stock levels. All these aspects were handled by Nutshell IT Solutions.

Data Entry/Reporting technology and tools used:

March to December 2003 Nutshell IT effected the development of many small applications to facilitate data-entry of specific survey data. Nutshell IT also generated many graphical and tabular reports on the data collected and entered.

LABIS technology and tools used:

The LABIS database application is responsible for managing all data concerning infectious disease, and testing throughout the Caribbean. In January and February 2002 Nutshell IT upgraded LABIS from utilizing a MS Access database to utilizing an SQL Server database backend. With this upgrade the speed and responsiveness, as well as the capacity of the application were greatly increased.

EpiSurv technology and tools used:

Nutshell IT developed online surveillance software for the online capture of the incidences of medical syndromes from countries and within districts and sites within countries throughout the Caribbean. The system also produces online graphical reports and assists in the early detection of outbreaks of disease.

Regional Guidlines for Procurement and Inventory Management - A website created to make a document within the CAREC MedLabs Project accessible to all and to be interactive where necessary.
